Management Systems
We fully implement the ISO9001 Quality Management System, first certified in 2001 with ongoing upgrades since then. In 2010, we obtained ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification, and in recent years have also achieved ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management and Five-Star After-Sales Service System certifications. Our quality policy is "Striving for Excellence, Customer Satisfaction," supported by clear quantitative targets: Finished product qualification rate: 100%; First-pass yield: 95%; Component qualification rate: 98%; Customer satisfaction rate: 90%.
Process Control
Quality begins with our suppliers—we carefully select and develop partners and strictly control incoming material inspection. During production, we combine self-inspection, routine patrol inspection, and spot-checking to monitor every stage, ensuring the entire process remains under control. Before shipping, every single unit undergoes 100% final inspection to guarantee that only fully qualified products leave our factory. We also conduct regular internal audits and management reviews each year to identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions, driving continuous improvement across the quality system.
Advanced Equipment
We have made significant investments in precision manufacturing equipment, including high-precision CNC machine tools and horizontal machining centers imported from Japan, as well as CMM high-precision coordinate measuring machines. Our Japanese horizontal machining centers (equipped with over 60 specialized tools in the tool magazine) are dedicated to finish-machining blower housings and end covers—processing parts from raw material to finished component in a single setup to ensure exceptional accuracy. Fully automatic CNC machine tools from Japan are used for precision machining of critical rotary blower components such as rotors.
On-Site Management
Following our relocation to the new facility, we have vigorously promoted 6S management, with clearly designated functional zones, color-coded walkways (pedestrian, visitor, and forklift lanes), physical separation of production and office areas, and orderly storage racks organized by size. We are also leveraging digital platforms to enhance operational efficiency. Our commitment to quality has earned official recognition—in 2023, B-Tohin received the "Yixing City Quality Management Excellence Award."
International Certification
For our export products, quality is further validated through international certifications. In 2025, our screw blower series obtained EU CE certification, confirming that our products meet global standards in safety, performance, and environmental compliance—removing technical barriers and reinforcing our readiness for international markets.
INSPECTION AND EQUIPMENT
Various instruments
Temperature, vibration, voltage and noise measuring instruments.
Temperature Measuring Instruments：Monitor equipment operating temperature to prevent overheating damage. Temperature anomalies often serve as early warning signs of potential failures.
Vibration Measuring Instruments：Detect equipment vibration levels to determine rotor balance and bearing condition. Abnormal vibration is one of the most common indicators of rotating machinery issues.
Voltage Measuring Instruments：Monitor power supply voltage stability to prevent motor damage from undervoltage or overvoltage. Ensure proper electrical system operation and extend equipment service life.
Noise Measuring Instruments：Detect equipment operating noise to identify abnormal sounds or mechanical faults. Also monitor workshop noise levels to protect worker health.
Testing Center：B-Tohin has established a professional testing center covering an area of 400 square meters for inspecting the comprehensive properties of blowers. The center has introduced the advanced CRAS signal acquisition and monitoring system, which is used to collect signals such as air volume, pressure, noise, vibration, rotational speed, temperature, electric current, and voltage, and transmit them to a computer for online monitoring, analysis, and data storage. This system ranks among the front-runners in the same industry sector.
Professional Quality inspectors ensure that products entering the next process or delivered to customers are qualified products that meet quality standards through visual inspection, manual operation of inspection fixtures, and functional testing.
